Mountain resort weddings are logistics first, music second. Amara and Anthony planned theirs from out of town, which meant every detail — ceremony site power, weather backup, load-in timing across the resort's spaces — had to be locked before they ever arrived.
Their ceremony site had no power. Our fully battery-powered rig handled it: crystal-clear vows on the mountain with zero cables, zero generator hum.
Dinner in the resort ballroom called for a different system entirely, sized to the room and kept elegant. Then the floor opened, and it stayed full from the first song to the last — a mix built for a destination crowd who'd travelled a long way to celebrate.
After 200+ Sun Peaks weddings, our playbook for the mountain is thorough. If you're planning one from afar, the entertainment plan should account for the logistics long before the wedding day — that's exactly what we do.
