What we've learned here
Large rooms are where undersized systems get exposed. A rig that fills a 100-guest reception leaves the back third of a Grand Hall crowd straining to hear speeches and disconnected from the dance floor. We scale up properly here — more coverage, positioned to reach the far tables without deafening the front ones. Big institutional rooms also tend toward hard surfaces and long throws, so we prioritise intelligibility during the formal portions and save the energy for when the floor opens. Load-in is campus-scheduled, which we confirm in advance.
